About Norwest Business Park

Norwest Business Park is an international award winning Business Park, located at Baulkham Hills in the Hills Shire of Sydney. It has won over 30 state and national awards over the last decade as well as being named runner up in the worlds best masterplan development in the 2007 FIABCI prix'd Excellence, by the International Real Estate Federation. The park is located between Windsor Road to the east and Old Windsor Road to the west. The Business Park is home to over 400 businesses employing some 25,000 people which is expected to grow to 40,000 over the next few years, as development of the remaining sites and redevelopment of some of the older sites is completed.

Norwest Business Park has been made the headquarters for some of Australia's largest companies, including ResMed and Woolworths which both occupy large campus-style buildings on the western side of the park. The Park is also home to well known names such as the the Reserve Bank of Australia, Hillsong Church, Capital Finance, Wyeth, Watpac Constructions, Inchcape Motors (Subaru) and AV Jennings. The Park is also well supported with facilities including the Crowne Plaza hotel, an Australia post office, restaurants, cafes, an ice rink and sports facilities. All major banks are represented in the Park, including the National Australia Bank and Westpac that have both established major business banking centres.
